How does the ordering process at Onlineprinters work?
From the first click to the delivery: This is how your print order works – easy, transparent and perfectly traceable.
1. Configure product
Select your print product and specify format, quantity, material and other options. You will directly see the price and estimated delivery date – keep track of the progress from the very beginning.
2. Specify artwork
We require printable data for printing. You have several options:
- Upload your own artwork (before or after ordering)
- Design online – directly in your browser, without additional software
3. Finalise order
Simply proceed to checkout in your shopping cart: Specify the shipping and return address, and select your payment method.
You have a voucher? Enter the code directly in the shopping cart.
4. Upload artwork (if not yet done)
You can upload your artwork whenever you want:
- during ordering
- via the link in your order confirmation
- in your customer account
After upload, we will automatically check your file regarding the general requirements and format. If we notice any irregularities, we will directly inform you so you can correct your artwork.
When does production start?
We will start printing when
- your payment has been confirmed (depending on the payment method) and
- all printable artwork files are available to us.
And then?
We will keep you informed of the status of your order per e-mail and/or in your customer account.
We will make sure you get exactly the product you need – reliably and in the best possible quality.
Other questions regarding your order
Can I use my discount code?
Yes. Simply enter your code in the shopping cart – the amount will be deducted directly.
Can I add a reference to my order?
Yes. You can optionally add an individual reference for each product in your shopping cart, e.g., for internal allocation.
Can I select the shipping provider?
Yes. You can select the shipping provider during checkout.
How do I get a written offer?
You can create an offer directly online: Configure a product and save it for 30 days. You can conveniently administer your offers in your customer account under “My offers” – e.g., send via e-mail or convert into an order.
