How do I upload my print files?

You can submit your artwork before or after purchase for most products. Use the Upload pane:

• during the ordering process
• directly after checkout
• in the order summary in your customer account  
• via the link in your order confirmation e-mail

If you want to see how your design looks on the products, please use the Upload feature during the ordering process prior to the purchase. It is not yet available for all printed products – we are constantly working on expanding this service.

Can I change my print files afterwards?

In order to get your printed products to you as quickly as possible, production will start shortly after you uploaded your artwork (and upon receipt of payment). However, you may change your artwork for a short period of time after uploading. To do so, click "Delete printfiles & renew upload" in the order summary. After a few minutes you will be able to upload the file again.

Your file will be checked for the most important requirements such as format and resolution. In addition to that, we recommend doing a spell check yourself and reviewing your design prior to submission in order to get a flawless printed product.
